Mission

Espoir Consulting’s mission is to provide hope for families and loved ones by empowering child safety advocates through education. With 20 years of experience in law enforcement and criminal justice and with a particular focus on child safety, Stacey Pearson has crafted a unique collection of training programs and presentations that address the increasing threats to child safety, nationwide. Presentations are custom-tailored and serve to empower participants through candid, fact-based discussion and training in current methodology. Stacey Pearson

Stacey Pearson is a retired law enforcement professional with extensive experience in complex missing and exploited children investigations. After a distinguished 20-year career, she retired in July 2018 as a veteran sergeant with the Louisiana State Police where she most recently served as the Manager of the Louisiana Clearinghouse for Missing and Exploited Children (LACMEC), the Statewide Coordinator of the Louisiana AMBER Alert Plan, and as the supervisor of the Lafayette Field Office of the Special Victims Unit (SVU).
